BDANDA Pty Ltd, was incorporated as a proprietary limited company in January 2004 and is based in Perth, Western Australia. The Company previously operated under the name of BD&A,and was a branch office of Brian Daniels & Associates (BD&A) with it"s headquarters in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. With the opening up of the North Western Australian Oil & Gas fields and the large mining operations, it was felt that the West Australian company would operate under its own banner and become independant of BD&A.

BDANDA Pty Ltd. was therefore formed for a two-fold purpose, one to assist West Australian companies to move into the international market of the Middle East and the Pacific Rim, and secondly, to introduce to the West Australian Oil & Gas and Mining markets, international companies whose expertise would be of benefit to the fast growing sector of North Western Australia.

BDANDA Pty Ltd.is a privately owned company whose shareholding is entirely employee based. Both companies work alongside one another using their many years experience in assisting clients to achieve their goals in the areas of Market Research, Marketing Startegy and Business Development.

Brian Daniels & Associates (BD&A).has been operating since 1987. The CEO of the company. Brian Daniels, arrived in the Middle East some 28 years ago to take up a position in the Oil & Gas sector of Iran. After four years gaining valuable experience as a Process Control Engineer with a major UK International engineering company, he was offered the position of Middle East Marketing Manager based in Abu Dhabi, which he held until 1987 when he made the decision to form his own company. During this time he has operated in Iran, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Saudi Arabia.

By using associated companies internationally, BD&A has formed a comprehensive and unequalled business knowledge and expertise network, as well as employing a multi-disciplinary task force, along with contract emplyees.

The company has gained a comprehensive knowledge of the economies and markets of the Middle East. Over the years BD&A has established themselves within the Oil and Gas industry, specialising in the fields of Control and Instrumentation, Power Utilities, Electronics, Marine Brokerage and Information Technology where they are now enjoying a healthy growth.

Understanding the need for complete confidentiality, the company has obtained a reputation for reliability, dependability and honesty. These qualities are part of the structure of the newly formed BDANDA Pty Ltd.
